Booking enquiry form
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and process a potential booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Data collected is anonymised and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f), subject to your cookie consent.

WhatsApp communication
Phone numbers collected via the booking form may be used to create a private WhatsApp group for your reservation. This group is used solely for booking coordination and guest support during your stay. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep your data

Enquiry form data is retained for 12 months then deleted. Booking records are retained for 10 years as required by French accounting law.
